What types of files can
I use to import
information into the InfoMail Editor?
You can import tab or
comma-separated text files, Excel spreadsheets, or XML. You
can also import folders or entire directories of images, optionally merging the image files
with imported product information.Can the InfoMail Editor
generate and send links to any web resource?
In addition to InfoMail datasheets and web catalog pages, InfoMail message links can
also be programmatically configured, using the Editor's calculation
engine, to auto-generate hyperlinks that connect to other web sites,
open web pages or forms, run parameterized database queries, stream
video, or execute other web services.
Can I import
product images that
are in different file formats?
The InfoMail Editor uses QuickTimeŽ to convert images in most popular
formats into optimized JPEG full-size and thumbnail copies resized to
your specifications.
Is there a multi-user version of the Editor
available for sharing among a workgroup?
The InfoMail Editor database can be configured for shared use by hosting
the system on a FileMaker ProŽ Server or FileMaker ProŽ Advanced Server.
